So... I just played through a bunch of the endings and...

SPOILER

Trying to restart after completing Ending 4 left me feeling horrible, LMAOOOOOO that was a huge mistake.  That bad ending was extremely well done though, some genuinely unsettling meta horror stuff (like, not allowing me to skip, or access the UI, or even to close the game window??? Omfg. That part gave me  CHILLS).

Aside from that, this game is so cool! I love that  the options menu plays a key part in progressing the story,  and that the game itself reacts to you doing standard VN things (e.g. skipping, loading older saves).

I also really like  that Liv (her design and name are so cute!) subverts the expectations  of being a docile love interest in a romance VN.  That you're encouraged to essentially set her free from the game (and that you're punished dearly for trying to replay it afterwards... How I wish I never reopened the game after Ending 4 T-T).

The MC is... so painfully awkward, yet so painfully relatable.  Sometimes you just can't click with someone no matter how you try!

I look forward to seeing your future updates! Especially if they involve a permanent happy ending for Liv... Dear God...

OMG thank you so much for playing my game!! I’m a big fan of yours as well so I really appreciate the kind words :,)

By "graphic violence/death" do you mean depicted or in text form - or both?

In the current version it’s just text and sound, but the full game will have accompanying CGs. Hope that helps!

It does! Thank you! ^-^

I'm like so invested in this game. I love the quirky narrator, the enigmatic Liv (her design is so cute!), and our tryhard self. But, man was I struggling to find the other endings besides the bad one lol. I can't be that bad at dating, can I?

I did stumbled on some of other endings somehow lol. But, I am becoming lowkey obsessed as I try to find the others (for the lore!) -- putting in any name imaginable to unlock it haha. So, yeah you got me hooked to put it lightly. Can't wait for the full game (and hopefully a walkthrough lmao) <33

First, thank you so much, I’m really glad you liked it!! Second, I’m sorry for putting you through the wringer LOL, I wanted the solutions to be a bit unorthodox but not impossible… so I just posted a short guide that’ll hopefully steer you towards the other endings!

Ah! Very much appreciate it!!

Omg, thank you so much for the guide! I just finished finding the rest of the endings and like oh my gosh, you're like a coding wizard! This was such a fun and clever game! I'm very excited now abt full game. I desperately need Liv to forgive me lmao

I’m happy to hear that, and thank you I really appreciate it!! :)

This is so good, I am loving this. I haven't figured out how to get all of the endings yet, but I've gotten enough where I understand what's going on with the game. You've done a really good job of creating a frustrating situation for the player and making me question whether I actually am just doing things wrong, or whether the 'difficulty' is intentional, and I love the meta aspects and the 'outside the box' things you have to do to actually progress the game. I went into this expecting something relatively simple but charming, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find much more meat to the story than I was expecting!

Also, the narrator is very fun and I love the back and forth banter allowed between the narrator and the player, it's a very nice touch.

I'm not sure if this is ACTUALLY a demo, or if that is part of the set dressing, but I'm definitely excited to keep trying and get a better ending for Liv! I will find your weakness somehow... I MEAN... don't worry about it >.>

Wow, thank you so much for checking out my game and for the kind words, it really means a lot to me!! Honestly, I was worried the gameplay loop would be too frustrating, so I’m glad you think it works.

Also, if you don’t mind just a little bit of handholding: not all names are created equal…

Of course! I saw it on reddit and the art really piqued my interest! But I think it's the perfect amount of frustrating, where it pushes you to figure out what you're doing wrong, and makes it feel more rewarding when you do figure out how to progress things!

But ooooh >.> Very intriguing, I'll have to play around more with the names...
